Shane Bartlett has a Political Science Degree with a Concentration in International Relations and a Minor in English from the University of Carleton (Canada), where he graduated with Honors. He has over a decade of management and training experience, both in Canada and Rwanda. In his spare time, he mentors local entrepreneurs in their start-up ventures.

Shane specializes in business consulting and has expertise in developing and implementing training programs, as well as creating and auditing business processes. As a member of the board of directors, he aids in the development and execution of the firm’s long-term strategy, develops internal policies & tools, and supports the capacity building of the team through mentorship and skills training.

Shane is Canadian, fluent in English, and has basic Kinyarwanda skills.
