Ms. Adeline Uwimana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from the Catholic Institute of Kabgayi (ICK). With professional experience in Gender Equality Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), Qualitative Research, Communications, and Public Relations.

Currently serving as the Training Programs Manager at FATE Consulting Ltd., Ms. Adeline boasts over a decade of experience in designing and delivering various training programs. Her role includes not only shaping the curriculum but also actively contributing to their execution. Adeline is the Lead Facilitator on Qualitative Research for the Inclusive Development Research and Resources Hub (ID-RRH), a platform championed by FATE for institutional and individual capacity strengthening. Ms. Adeline’s exceptional proficiency in qualitative research and gender mainstreaming shines through in her successful delivery of key components in various training workshops conducted by FATE. These workshops encompass a range of topics, including Participatory Qualitative Research Methods tailored for NGOs in Rwanda, Qualitative Research Methods for diverse audiences such as students and professionals, internal capacity building for staff members, and field data collectors engaged in gathering qualitative data.

Having previously served Research and GEDSI Specialist, Ms. Adeline supported the design of GESI-focused projects and contributing to their execution as well as co-leading qualitative components research projects. Adeline used her strong skills in qualitative research and gender mainstreaming to successfully deliver key components of various gender assessments conducted by FATE teams across different social development sectors.

Prior to joining FATE Consulting Ltd., Ms. Adeline participated in a one-year Professional Development Program (PDP) at Nature Rwanda, a non-profit organization that strives to contribute to the conservation of biodiversity and ecosystems, as the Learning and Communication Analyst, where she managed and updated social media platforms and the website to raise awareness on environmental conservation issues, and call to action. She participated in the development and implementation of an online fundraising campaign, updated the database of photos and videos she has taken at different environmental conservation events, and produced a short documentary on environmental conservation. In addition, she has designed various communication materials, including project reports, strategic plan, monthly magazines, banners, and flyers, to mention a few.

Adeline is a Rwandan Citizen who is fluent in English, French, and Kiswahili.
