Lindsay Mossman is a gender specialist with a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs in Ottawa, Canada. She has particular expertise in gender analysis and mainstreaming, program development, strategic planning, policy analysis, and capacity building, coaching, and training.

Lindsay has experience carrying out primary and secondary research and analysis, as well as producing reports and communications tools. She is experienced in working with organizations in the program and organizational development, including through coaching to improve gender integration at both organizational and programmatic levels. Lindsay has previous experience working within the Government of Rwanda and international NGOs.

She is fluent in English, has a working knowledge of French and basic Kinyarwanda skills.
