Ms. Yvonne Uwimana is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager at FATE Consulting Ltd., bringing extensive experience in designing and implementing MEL systems, program evaluations, and research studies across various sectors. With a background in Agribusiness from the University of Rwanda and certifications in qualitative research methods, R programming, and M&E systems design, as well as several training programs by FATE, she is skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, data analysis, and performance measurement. 

At FATE Consulting Ltd., she has led and contributed to multiple high-impact MEL projects, ensuring rigorous assessment of program effectiveness and generating evidence-based recommendations. Ms. Yvonne’s notable achievements include her involvement in the execution of the Mid-Term Review of the Exiting Poverty Rwanda program in collaboration with Oxford Policy Management (OPM) for Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO), Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Measurement Tools Pilot with Oxford Policy Management (OPM), the End-line Evaluation for Improving Living Conditions of Refugees for Save the Children, the Baseline Study for Strengthening Youth-Led Organizations for ActionAid Rwanda. Additionally, Ms. Yvonne contributed to the Mapping of Eco-Friendly Livelihood Opportunities for Strive for Inclusion (SFI) Rwanda, and the Baseline Survey of the Bandebereho Project for Equimundo.  With strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like SPSS, R, Microsoft Excel, and MAXQDA, Ms. Yvonne ensures high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive program improvements.

Before joining FATE Consulting Ltd., Ms. Yvonne gained extensive experience as a part-time consultant with other organizations in Rwanda, where she conducted quantitative and qualitative data collection using Computer Assisted Personal Interviews (CAPI) powered by Kobo Collect and Survey CTO.

Ms. Yvonne is a Rwandan citizen fluent in both English and Kinyarwanda, committed for enhancing data-driven decision-making and delivering evidence-based solutions that drive meaningful change.
