Pacifique Mugwaneza

Mr. Mugwaneza Pacifique is a Rwandan citizen holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics and Rural Development from the University of Rwanda.
Currently, he serves as the Insights Manager at FATE Consulting Ltd., bringing extensive expertise in research, evaluation, and data-driven decision-making. Committed to delivering high-quality insights that drive impact and innovation, he oversees and executes research and evaluation consulting projects, ensuring rigorous data collection, in-depth analysis, and high-standard reporting. His responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and aligning outcomes with client expectations and organizational goals.
Throughout his tenure at FATE Consulting Ltd., Mr. Pacifique has contributed to several key projects, including the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Measurement Tools Pilot in collaboration with Oxford Policy Management (OPM), the Mapping of Socioeconomic Opportunities for Victims of GBV in Musanze District for Kvinna till Kvinna, and the Exiting Poverty in Rwanda (EPR) Process Evaluation for Cowater International. Additionally, he co-led the baseline study for the “Provision of Integrated Health, Child Protection, GBV Prevention, Mitigation, and Response for Burundian and Congolese Refugees and Host Communities” in Mahama and Nyabiheke Camps, Nkamira Transit Centre, and Urban Settlements for Save the Children, among other impactful research and evaluation initiatives.
Before assuming his current role, he served as the Business Development Manager at FATE Consulting Ltd., where he spearheaded new business initiatives, developed winning proposals, established strategic partnerships, and nurtured client relationships to foster the company’s growth.
Prior to joining FATE Consulting Ltd., he worked as a Senior Agronomist at Silverback Tea Company, leveraging his expertise in agriculture and rural development.
As Rwandan citizen, Mr. Pacifique is fluent in English and a native Kinyarwanda speaker.
